Remove your browser cookies and try signing in again by following this simple process:
Note: this action will prompt you to re-enter personal details on registration sites you have used in the past.
1. In your Internet Explorer browser, click
Tools and select
Internet Options.
2. On the
General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click
Delete Cookies.
3. Click
OK. This will confirm deletion of all cookies that were stored in your Temporary Internet Files folder.
4. Try signing in again.
